1. Using Fat Gym Bro
By downloading or using Fat Gym Bro, you agree to these Terms. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial fitness tracking in accordance with applicable law and Apple's platform rules.
2. Not medical advice
Fat Gym Bro provides general fitness and nutrition tracking tools. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Calorie, macro, heart-rate and AI estimates may be incomplete or inaccurate. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your training or nutrition, especially if you have a medical condition.
3. Your account and content
You are responsible for maintaining access to your email and device. You retain ownership of workout entries, meal entries, photos and prompts you submit. You grant us a limited right to process that content solely to operate the features you request.
4. Fat Gym Bro Pro
Pro is offered through auto-renewable monthly and annual subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app or your Fat Gym Bro account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer protected server functionality, evade limits, or submit unlawful or harmful content to AI features.
6. Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend or discontinue features. Local-first functionality is designed to work offline, but cloud, purchase, push and AI features depend on third-party services and network availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for injury, health decisions, lost progress, indirect loss, or third-party service failures resulting from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Apple terms
When downloaded from the App Store, Apple is not responsible for the app or its support. These Terms supplement theApple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
